Yeditepe University Dental Hospital is the first Dental Hospital affiliated with a Foundation University in Turkey. Since the day it was founded, it continues to achieve the firsts in the sector with its strong staff, without losing its feature of being a pioneer institution in its field, equipped with the latest technology, distinguished staff and high quality health service.

Our vision is to become a pioneering reference center at national and international level which contributes to the development of oral and dental health practices with its training and research studies, provides the best diagnosis and treatment of oral and dental diseases by using all the possibilities of modern dentistry, provides quality oral and dental care to our patients without compromising ethical principles and respecting patient rights, also educates trains dentist specialized in their field by providing continuous improvement opportunities to all its employees, cares about environmental health and prioritizes preventive health services and provides a humanistic working environment.

In our hospital; we serve with our staff of 200 people, 120 units and 3 operating rooms that can be operated under general anesthesia in the fields of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Implantology, Orthodontics, Periodontology, Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.

Yeditepe University Dental Hospital was examined in 2009 by Joint Commision International (JCI), the most reliable institution in the world in the inspection of patient services in the health sector, in terms of around 1500 standards such as personnel management, building infrastructure, technical equipment, emergency preparations, and was accredited in all standards. After this inspection, which is repeated every 3 years, it has successfully renewed its accreditation in 2012, 2015 and 2018. Thus, it has become the world’s first and only Dental Hospital to get 4 accreditation from the JCI.

1. Joint Commission International (JCI)
The aim of this accreditation, which was voluntarily applied by our hospital, is an adaptation certificate that aims for international health management standards and an increase in gradual development.

2. The Association of Dental Education in Europe (ADEE)
As a result of the audition on 16.01.2008, it has been certified that the education given by our faculty is in European standards.

The goal of the European Dental Education Association is to achieve the highest standards of education in the dental practice, to develop all practical and supervisory methods, to ensure that educators and students are involved in “exchange programs”, and to measure the benefits of the process.

4. European Federation of Periodontology EFP – PST Graduate Program
It is the accreditation we received for our graduate education on 02.11.2005.

The aim is to improve periodontal health in Europe, to improve periodontology education, to bring periodontology education to the highest level and to provide collaboration among countries. Founded in 1991, the European Federation of Periodontics includes Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Israel, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Slovenia, Great Britain, Norway and Sweden.
